Surely you can? I mean, I have seen prawn stir frys, so whats the difference with squid pieces?

I bought them in a tin from Sainsburys.

No idea what sort of state tinned squid arrives in, but fresh squid calls for quick frying over a really high heat, so pretty much how you'd cook a stir fry. It's just not a combination I've seen before.

The box says nothing about cooking time.

How long do you think I should do them for?
