Thanks! The details for Leodis on the accommodation page said there was construction that could be disruptive to study, so I shied away from it as I'm looking to do a masters. During my undergrad new accommodation buildings were being built next to mine and it got really irritating. Is it not there anymore?

It was getting pretty annoying towards the end of the year but my room backed onto it so was probably a lot worse than for most. They hadn't really started building anything at that point either, just demolishing what was there before so I guess that was definitely louder.

    Hi

We've been told that the building works should be complete by January. Where building works have taken place previously, most of our students have not found this noise an inconvenience but, if you are somebody who is particularly sensitive to noise, you may prefer to choose a different residence.

    Best wishes
