Hi everybody!

I am a Marketing student at Cranfield University (UK). I studied at the Universitiy of Lincoln 4 years ago.

Now, I am doing a Master´s thesis on Customer Advocacy in the context of the Spanish fashion brand Zara.

I need to contact British females who really like Zara to complete a short questionnaire and to arrange an aproximatly 45-minutes interview using Facebook chat. The research is totally confidential and anonimus and we have signed an ethical code of conduct.
