    I am finding myself worrying alot.I am seeing a counsellor for it, but it's still getting in the way of my life alot.I can't seem to relax and unwind and not think about anything.

    Today I have spent the whole day in my room, not talking to anyone, and just feeling stressed about different things.What is wrong with me,I don't know how i got into this habbit, but it has taken over my life!

    This is pretty common with anxiety. I have it myself, I spend the whole day ruminating and never stop thinking about anxiety and how I'm feeling. It's important that you try and focus on the world around you rather than how you're feeling. Try and find something to distract you, or write down how you're feeling.
