    i want to go university and want to apply in september but i dont have 'settled' status as i have not lived 5 years yet (almost 4) so i cant apply for student finance what do i do?

    Have you tried applying for some kind of funding from your country of origin?
    If so and no luck, try and do some volunteer work or obtain some qualifications so your application for next year is more appealing. =)

    So I can't get ANY student loan? What if I pay international fees can't that go on my student loan? Any suggestions on what I could do? Like ill have 5 years next September?? I think I'll miss out by a couple of days??

    Best thing I could advise is phone student finance or post on their forum on TSR and ask them. =)
    Hopefully you can find some kind of funding.
