When I first filled in the application, I put my mum's marital status as 'separated'. For some reason my mum didn't tell me that she was actually getting divorced (my dad lives in a different country, don't speak to him very often) so I'm not sure what evidence to send in now.
We have a letter from the court confirming that they're divorced so should I just send in that and Student Finance can sort it out? Also, they got married and divorced in Poland so all the documents are in Polish. Should I send in a translated copy?
Thanks to anyone who can help

If your parents are now divorced, your mother can send in a copy of her divorce certificate, however she would also need to provide a certified translated copy, stamped by a solicitor.
We would then assess the application on your mothers income.
