Blair is truly a wretched man. It seems he only opposes dictators he doesn't like.

Blair is advising a tyrannical dictator who has silenced and killed many of his political opponents.

He's a narcissist. It doesn't surprise me at all when he accepts anything for money.
What surprises me is that he is pretty much despised and yet still tries to waltz into political debate over here. Especially when he started claiming the current instability in Iraq was nothing to do with him in starting an illegal war.

Well the current instability has very little to do with the Iraq war and Blair.

But still... wtf? Blair is a prick and a corrupt mother ****er. He has zero integrity.

Relax everybody! Campbell and Blair are only trying to co-operate with the corrupt government of the UAE to take advantage of the "huge business opportunities" that the murderous new regime in Egypt represents.

What a relief! I mean, naturally one feels sorry for the thousands of dissenters on death row and the journalists they are imprisoning or planning to execute, but those must be petty concerns compared to the importance of providing Messrs Blair and Campbell with lucrative overseas opportunities, not to mention the bankers and fat corporate sleazes who will be following in their wake.

I for one sleep easier in my bed knowing that the world is safe in the hands of the noble Blair and his cohorts.

He represents the money. He's employed by JP Morgan, the world's most powerful bank and he has close ties with the US right and their many 'think tanks' that are really just a thin cover for global imperialist manipulations and profiteering. He is friends with Goldman Sachs, with the Gulf state rulers and with anyone else who opposes genuine progressive causes and supports the New Right interpretation of 'democracy', eg, the rollout of massive corporate contracts on the back of brute force.

Blair's obsession with Islamism is also blinding him to the obvious, that oppressing radical Muslim believers in countries like Egypt is only likely to make them hate us even more for supporting their cruel government, as it has done for the last 50 years in Egypt.
