Feeling down... Watch

    I'm feeling slightly down and sad all of a sudden.. I don't know why, nothings happened to me or anything... But I just feel anxious and scared, like something bad is about to happen..

    Has anyone ever felt like this? And if so what did you do?

    Why do you feel like this? There has to be a reason even if its hard to explain

    I confront everything there and then and deal with my issues, sooner its out the bag the better.

    Just take one step at a time, live for today, for tomorrow is unwritten. Confront everything straight on in life, at first it might be scarey but in the end it makes you a better/stronger person.

    It does sound easier than done when you're younger but its a trial and error thing, as most things are, when you are growing up.

    Hmm I guess so :erm: but that's the thing.. Growing up.. I'm 17 lol, and I still don't feel like I'm ready to grow up properly... Like thinking about it is really scary for me..

    Your only 17, life peaks around 20 - 25 so look forward to then.

    Dont waste life with the negative emotion: worrying.

    I once felt sad for no reason, then I slept and woke up and everything was normal. I guess that's just life?

    Try watching Russel Peters, that normally helps change any negative mood

    I feel like that sometimes... sometimes its nice to just cry it out. Well, it helps me! lol

    Breath deeply. Read about diaphragmatic breathing. That helps me. I used to suffer really horrible anxiety and the only thing that got me through it was breathing meditatively. It still happens but it's calmed down a lot compared to what it used to be.
