If you have recently been in education then contact your school or college, they are the most likely to accept you and be the most reasonable in terms of cost.

If not then you can get on the phone to exams officers in local schools and colleges to ask if they take private candidates for maths a level and which syllabus they offer. Be prepared to hear NO a lot. Make sure you know which examiner you would prefer and which units you are planning on taking. Dig out old results statements so you know your existing candidate number. They are more likely to say yes if you sound organised than if you sound like you'll be a needy pain in the bum.

Edexcel provide info on centres that do regularly take private candidates

The exam fees should be about £100 but the cost to you will be higher, centres are free to charge whatever they wish to private candidates to cover the cost of facilities, admin and invigilation and any profit they want to generate. Shop around but there are massive differences in what centres will charge you.
