Hi, I'm trying to get a job, but I feel incompetent and like I couldn't do any kind of job but anyways...
I feel that I don't have any of the skills the job advertisements are looking for and this makes me think no one will ever employ me if I can't get these skills.

When I was at school in year 10 me and a group of about 8 others had to organise and put on a Children in Need fundraising fair in less than a day, it was quite successful I think we made over £150 which is good since no one knew it was going to be held that day.

I think this shows some good team work and organisational skills but I don't know whether to put it on my CV as it's not proper work experience or anything? Can anyone help me please?

Definetly go for it! As long as you can discuss the skills you've gained from it - in this case, team work and organisation, it's good to go on your CV.

You could also get involved into things in the summer, whilst your on holiday from school/ college?
Like volunteering, organising further events, developing a hobby etc
Don't worry you should be fine!
