I'm a second year politics student (going into third year from September) and I've been asked to set up this thread by the Politics department, in order to answer any queries people may have about studying Politics at Newcastle University, from a current students perspective

Ask me anything; could be about the course, the department in general, the Uni, the campus, the city, accommodation, what you can do in your free time in Newcastle, don't be afraid to ask and I'll attempt to providean answer!

Although I'm probably a little biased, studying Politics at Newcastle really is a brilliant thing to do, the city is a perfect place to live/commute to as a student, so is definitely worth considering if you're looking to study Politics

    Thanks, Jack
