    Hey everyone
so, I'm thinking of taking the History IGCSE this summer. It's because I want to go to a liberal arts university but our school focuses on STEM subjects. I think I would have approximately four months to study for it. I'm really interested in the subject and I know that it would help me in admissions, but I'm not sure if I have enough time. I've already done my IGCSEs and I found that with a lot of subjects I was able to get it in just the last few months, so I thought this could be the case here. Is it doable? or should I just forget about it?
    Thanks

Doing it IGCSE level honestly won't be of much use. I've also taken my IGCSE exams this may/june and can honestly say doing an entire subject in 4 months is really hard! Especially with a content heavy subject such as history.

I recommend you take it as an A Level subject since it requires no previous experience. Doing well in A Level history should be enough to prove your ability to unis.

I don't think it'd be particularly useful or give you any sort of advantage... You could use your time learning far more interesting and beneficial things
