Single Room Available - Five minute walk from Highfield Campus

Hi,
Three guys and a girl looking for a housemate for a spare room we have available after our mate dropped out.
The house is on Mayfield Road which is extremely close to Highfield campus, lots of little shops and takeaways nearby (including Sainsburys Local). The house is in nice condition and the landlord has been really nice and friendly so far. (it's quite a small business)
The room is a single with a desk. £65/week + bills
We're all pretty friendly and laidback, activities include being really bad at basketball and too many trips to the hobbit. We're living pretty close to our flatmates from halls so should be good for socialising, lots of parties planned!
