They can but they'll be no more "bad", I guess??
I reckon people are considered "bad" not because they are 100% corrupted but because some of their actions are unacceptable. Just some. Not all. They can perhaps then do good. I can't imagine any person who doesn't or haven't done ANY good? The Devil?

I'd say that it's too hard to define what a "bad" person is; however, I'll assume that a "bad" person is someone who regularly acts upon bad intentions. Very broadly speaking then, I'd be inclined to believe that a "bad" person could do good either deliberately or as the accidental result of a bad intention.

Hey... I've wrote a paper on this... I'll get back to you with more in the future when I have a little longer. However, the short of it is yes they can do good! I don't believe anyone is pure good or evil. Hitler could do good just as MLK could do evil. People do good and bad things, this does not make them a good or bad person and does certainly not limit them to either good or bad actions in the future.
