The answer is C. How come?
Firstly, what do you know about equilibrium - in particular, a law relating to it shifting?

Secondly, what is the stoichiometric equation for this reaction?

I know that only temperature affects the value of Kp.

2NO2 <---> N2O4

Yes, temperature affects Kp, so it cannot be option 2.

Ok, so given this equation, what would happen if Pressure was increased or decreased (by Le Chatelier's principle)? Use this answer to consider what happens if the relative pressure of NO2 (i.e. the partial pressure) changes, or if we change the partial pressure of another gas.
