I am graduating in July with a 2.1 in Information Management from Sheffield University. Since this is such a broad discipline I'm pretty much applying for anything with the slightest level of relevance. However among my applications, one organisation has requested that applicants make a 'video selfie showing off your technical ability and presentation skills' which show why they are the right business for me & how I will make a difference to their future success. Now, I could go and make a PowerPoint stating the skills I learnt in my degree etc. but it isn't really a selfie. At the same time, if I shot a 'selfie', how on earth would I demonstrate any technical ability? They don't even state what kind of technical ability they are looking for and the job description is more or less just 'Graduate Programme'.
This is such a confusing recruitment process, does anyone have any ideas for things that I could do for this?
