I want to apply to Durham and Leeds to do economics or business & management but they require for me to have an A in Maths GCSE or Maths at AS level which would cancel out Maths GCSE grade.
However, I only have a B and I really want to apply to these universities. Should I redo my Maths GCSE in year 13 to try get an A? Or should I take AS maths in year 13 as well as my 2 A levels and level 3 AAT accountancy diploma?
Should I retake Maths GCSE or do Maths AS level in year 13? Watch

I only got a B at GCSE Maths but I have friends studying AS Maths now and they find it incredibly difficult. It's probably one of the hardest A Levels. I think you have a better chance of getting an A at GCSE. See if you can retake certain modules rather than the whole GCSE because you probably weren't that far off an A anyway.

Nah redo the GCSE mate and try get an A/A*
You should only do the A level if you did well in the GCSE, plus the A level is much much more competitive with higher grade boundaries than GCSE meaning the content is harder AND it is harder to get the grade with a certain amount of ums
