Are you looking to reduce the length of your hair or to change the style?
You could change the style without reducing the length too much by getting full front bangs - these go well with straight hair. You can cut this yourself: create a triangle parting, gather the hair, twist it once and then cut just below the twist, 2/3 of the way up your nose. This video explains it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ECkWlCUtJhs
Also, you could just style your hair differently by experimenting with teasing and braids, which look nicest on long, fair coloured hair likes yours. This is a good tutorial for a 5 strand braid: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5_JyiaPuG6w
Otherwise (if you're really keen on getting your hair cut), I think that short straight hair, just below your chin, with block bangs would suit you. Maybe even dye your hair a darker colour i.e dark brown or black. Avoid bob cuts, they look slightly trashy, and aren't as sophisticated as having your hair all one length.

I had bangs, but they were too heavy and just didn't sit right due to my glasses haha!
I'm tempted to have it cut, but more like https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=ta...w=1344&bih=684 because she's fab and yeah~
I wanna go back to the dark brown like in the picture because the colour I am now is kinda going ginger haha

Side swept layered hair like that would suit you! And get your hair dyed a dark brown colour and then experiment with pastel chalks (you can get them in colours like blue and pink) before deciding whether or not you want some kind of blue dipdye (or you could just get extensions).

I've got pastals and enough hair dye to do my hair in random colours haha, I'm an ex hair dye addict haha
