Hello! I'm looking for a little help with my PS.
My conclusion contains a sentence that seems too informal to me, but I like it a lot and would rather not delete it.
It goes something like "I am prepared to give 110%". Should I replace it? Is it too informal?
    Thank you.

That is way too informal. Instead of saying your will put in that much effort, show it or maybe say it in a formal way.

Its not that it's informal (I don't think it's that informal), it's that this phrase must get used quite alot in personal statements.

My conclusion was something a long the lines of "I am dedicated and I shall achieve majestic heights"

All of my teachers laughed and told me to remove it. But I kept it in there for the lols.

tbh I think my sense of humour gets me into places. At the interviews they were laughing at my conclusion as well. In a good way though.

It doesn't mean anything. Giving 110% isn't possible, and it's become ridiculous. If someone writes 150% does that mean they're giving more than you? Or are they just being more ridiculous than you?
