i hear about people going to places such as Romania and other weird places to study during clearing. I was thinking of applying to somewhere in America as i know I'm going into clearing i was hoping to open up my options.

So how do i go about this? What do i do and what do i need?

America has a far different system and I'm pretty sure they aren't going to be taking applications now. Plus you need to be able to pay their fees up front as an international student, for which the US nor UK will give you any kind of loan to pay for, the same going for living costs.

As someone else said, there is no such thing as clearing in the United States. You could do a search for schools that have rolling admissions. Some of them will likely still take last minute applicants. But your choices will be limited.
