Hi everyone, I'm a bit confused about my fitness to teach questionnaire.

I have declared my current health problems (asthma, mild eczema & anaemia), but I am unsure what I need to do about past issues.

In my second year of uni I was quite stressed with home/uni stuff, so I saw a counsellor. I was never officially diagnosed with anything & it was very brief, so I don't know how to go about declaring it (if I need to). I don't even know how I would declare it - nobody ever said "You have X, Y or X".

    What should I do?

You don't need to declare it as you weren't actually diagnosed with anything. However, you could write it in the 'other' section if there is one? Or attach it on a separate piece of paper. If you really want to declare it that is.
