I'm fairly sure I have social anxiety disorder and really want to get help, but I was wondering if there was any way of doing this without my parents and family finding out?

Go to a Doctor about it, they wont tell your parents/family about anything you say/do/need unless they are concerned about your safety.

If you ever want to talk, PM me :hugs:
