    Heya,

I applied to UCL for 2014 entry and was given a conditional offer of entry. I took the French baccalaureate and thus required to get 14 overall with 13 in English. I exceeded to conditions, by getting 16 overall with 20 in English.

I sent in my results to UCL and they acknowledged receiving and verifying the results. However, they sent an e-mail in which they said "We will let you know when the final decision is made". I don't understand, I thought if I met the conditions of entry, that was it? Is this normal? When I go on my Portico, I see the same thing: They've gotten and confirmed my results, but still haven't enrolled me. What's up with that?
