    1. Being bored at work even after you've literally carried out every other task you can think of doing. I hate just standing there, watching the clock!

    2. Working with lazy people who can't be bothered / people who pull sickies all the time. Grrrr!

    3. Unsupportive management.

    4. Gossip in the workplace. I don't mind being friendly and having a genuine conversation but the moment people start b*tching about their co-workers I just want to leave the room. Such a poisonous environment!

not to easy to pick - fairly new to my job, but I do really like it at the moment, dont get bored, enjoy my work, pay is not bad, etc.

Guess the worst thing would be the lack of career progression routes.. in my job I can get a raise each year, which is nice, but there is not many dirrect routes of progression, so when I want a new challenge, or to progress to a new financial level, I am going to have to change to a related, but different field.. It would be nice If I could think, 'ok well now I do X, and maybe in 2 years I will be doing Y, and then Z' - but its more like, well now I do this, but if I want more money, then I am going to have to change and go down a slightly different route

Theres quite a few things im not keen on in my job.
This is one of them. People gossip, **** people off and spread rumours. There have been a couple of rumours that have been about me. But then i suppose you can kind of expect that in an all women environment.
