Hi, I have been offered a conditional place on the Msc Mental Health Nursing course. I have several questions which i hope some of you can help with.

    • How do i apply for funding?
    • I am looking to get a head start on some reading before i start. does anyone know of any reading list or books recommended?
    • What happens at the occupational health check?

I have never studied or had nursing experience so slightly panicing, have many years experience in social care so hope that helps. thanks.

Hey there! I am also going to be on this course, what campus is it? For funding you go on to the SAAS website and it gives you an option to apply for nursing a bursary, it's all pretty straight forward from there. I have not yet had my OH check but I am going for it on Monday, it's basically just a few blood tests and/or a couple of injections but I've heard it isn't too bad. Hope this helped a tiny bit even though I didn't give much info!! X
