What are everyone's overall thoughts on this situation? Bear in mind the new rules about fictionalisation

Could this be true or false? As because the videos are animated?

Germany would like to question the idea of unifying terrorists groups with UN nations to fight the ISIS. While we do recognise that a united force is stronger at defending a vulnerable nation like Iraq and Syria, we believe the long term consequences must be considered.

We would also like to question the financial aid provided by certain nations. The financial aid should primarily be used to protect the people, which might involve donations of food or medicine as well as assistance in escorting affected civilians to refugee camps. As a peace-seeking organisation, Germany does not believe it is appropriate for members to be arming civilians or inciting violence.

Given the recent homicide involving a US journalist by presumed British IS militant, Germany shall be tightening our security and passport controls for anybody visiting the Middle East. We shall also be co-operating with and exchanging information with fellow European nations.

Spain believes targeted, effective and proportionate military action by means of air strikes on ISIS targets should be maintained agrees that such action should be concerted through NATO and not sporadic. Spain believes that the key to resolving or at least ameliorating the current situation would be to support the creation of a diverse and inclusive Government in Iraq that not only 'looks' like the citizens but responds to their needs. Spain also agrees with preliminary efforts to arm Kurdish authorities and would also be inclined to argue that should the West be in a position to arm the Kurds and thus trust them, it should therefore, in Spain's opinion, re- consider their calls for independence.

Botswana would like to show our morale support to the Kurdish army and the USA's air strikes which have been effective in dealing with the ISIS. The international community need to curb these violent terrorist groups and establish peace, by empowering the ordinary citizens and allowing them to establish their own leaders, not ones handpicked by the US, potentially implement a system that allows both Sunnis and Shias have equal power which could deescalate the tensions in Iraq.

Turkey thinks Nato should take military action and put boots on the ground, we're willing to provide the majority of the troops. This way we can effectively uproot the ISIS, in Syria and Iraq, and restore peace. After that we shall uproot the Kurdish terrorists and reclaim land they have taken from us and other nations, and integrate the Kurdish civilians with our general populations.
