I want to start eating properly and I need a health meal plan I can follow. Any ideas?

really depends on what you're aiming for. If you want to get stronger, add in tons of protein, a fair amount of carbs and a fair amount of unsaturated fats. If you want to lose weight cut down on carbs, take in more unsaturated fats and fair amount of protein. In all cases, cut all junk food and fizzy drinks, snack on nuts, celery and drink like 4 litres a day (I don't mean take in 4 litres of fluid including food you eat, i literally mean drink 16 glasses of water throughout the day - i think I get through like 20 most days). Eat as much cruciferous veg as you want, eg broccoli. Eat 1 or 2 pieces of whole fruit; veg is better overall.

Depends on your goals mate. Few people are going to write out a free meal plan for you hell I can't even be bothered to do it myself for myself.

Best thing to do is set yourself a Macro-nutrient and calorie target. You can use an online calculator for this. I personally used IIFYM calculator. Then get yourself on Myfitnesspal and track what you eat and meet your targets. Simple really.
