It's my firm choice and I hope to start this September, but I'm not entirely sure whether I chose the right place. According to the CUG Cardiff is 24th for Chemistry in the UK, but the overall score for the subject is 90.8/100 which is very good. In league tables of the Guardian it is ranked 12th and that means it's among the best for Chemistry. But league tables can't tell you everything, can they? I want to know what Chemistry at Cardiff really is - how are labs, lectures, tutorials etc? Are the lecturers helpful and open to any questions the students may have and so on. I would really appreciate it if someone who is on the course could provide some more in-depth description of their experience.
And actually passed?
