NI number

hey can someone help me with NI numbers. I'm 18 yrs old and dnt have one but need one for NHS bursary. Also I'm not applying for SFE

Does any1 know how to apply? i found this: http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/ni/intro/number.htm but i dnt understand it

Hey, I had the same problem, simply ring up and they will send you a letter with it :smile:

I'm not meant to have one automatically as i didnt received child benefit from the state
