Hey there guys, I'm considering living at Paul Robeson but from the review I've read online it doesn't really seem like a very conducive environment to live in as a PG student. Could anyone tell me more about the place? And could you guys suggest alternate places to stay at in the areas near SOAS?

Got an offer from soas just today and might be going there too for masters. Do most master students live in student accomodations rather than private?...Personally I think living in student accomodations is always either TOO noisy or distracting (experience from 1st year undergraduate)

Hi Yux! Congrats on getting your offer
I guess most people would prefer to live in Student accommodation because finding affordable private accommodations closer to Central London is almost impossible. But then again it depends which student accommodation you take, some of them are only for PG students which would make it less noisy I guess :P

I'm not so sure but I think most soas postgraduates live in paul robeson house? The other house is for mainly undergraduates? I'm still waiting from UCL and seeing if they give me an offer but I'll probably go to soas in the end (for economic development)

Hi Yux and Shurarihyon! I'm starting my Masters at SOAS this year. What was your experience with acommodation for 2014/2015? Would really appreciate the advice. Paul Robeson doesn't look appealing to me but finding a houseshare seems overwhelming too...
