    I live with my Grandparents.

My granddad has Parkinson and struggles to understand most questions these days. My grandma knows very little about anything financial and cant speak English.
So i've been finding it extremely difficult to get any real evidence of household income from them directly. They both receive a weekly pension as well as other benefits i think but i have no idea how much or how to fill out the pff2 form and provide figures for household income from the tax year 2012/13???
Will they have received a letter or statement detailing the household income for that year with everything i need to fill out the pff2 form or will i have to just search through hundreds of bank statements and add everything up??
Please help my brain is about to explode

If you can find a bank statement you can times their weekly payments by 52 and that will give you their yearly household income.

Because they're on pension/benefits you should apply for the maximum for every option as you'll likely get it. (Unless they're absolutely loaded).
