My room number is RAD-1-132 and it says my floor is RAD-1-Flat 3, does that mean I'm in block 1, floor 3, room 2?

Hey guys, I was in Radnor 851 in my 1st year (4 years ago this September, wow time does fly!). Anyhoo, it goes like this:

    8 - Block 8
    5 - Flat 5
    1 - Room 1

There's 8 flats per block (2 on each floor) and 9 separate blocks that make up Radnor Halls.
