Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday are the main student nights in Hudds. The drinks prices are the lowest on those nights. Monday at Camel Club (Funday Monday), Tuesdays at Revolution for Lets Get Funked (50% off all drinks) and either House Party at Camel Club or Tokyo Wednesdays.. on Wednesday. Those are the nights drinks will be £1.50-£2.00, depending on what you like to drink obviously.

There's Pick and Mix at Camel Club on Thursday as well with normalish prices.. like £2-3 a bottle or something. Fridays and Saturdays aren't really aimed at students but there's plenty going on and the prices aren't mental unless you want to have a ton of cocktails or summat.

All week there's decent prices at the smaller bars like The Warehouse, Yates, Five Bar.. etc. etc. On Wednesdays some of the smaller places have £1 drinks sometimes. It's not massively expensive for students here. Hell of a lot cheaper than places like Leeds and Manchester.

There's a pub/bar called Parish that rockers seem to really like. There's Rock night at Camel Club on a Friday too. The Warehouse is kind of a mix but a lot tend to go there too. Then there's a lot of smaller bars that have bands on and stuff like that. I'm not an expert on it though.
