Need a bodyweight workout routine Watch

    All I do now really is about a total of 100 pushups, 100 situps, and 100 lunges about four times a week. While this routine is ok, I dont feel like I'm getting the results I desire. When I used to play sports, I went home tired and my muscles blown from exhaustion. Now though, I'm lucky to feel half of that. I believe I need more intensity, but I can only see that happening if I increase the amount I do and that gets dull fast. Please help

    Im not asking for anyone to make a routine from scratch. Just give some ways I can add more intensity to my own or any alternate exercises I could/ should do

    I don't know what results you're looking for, but unfortunately bodyweight training is limited. Whilst it's good for some things, weights training is pretty much essential when you're trying to build muscle. Unless you increase the amount of reps you currently do, you won't see much of a change.
