    Yes hi I am mixed up here not used to this but I was told I have to look for work 7 days a week by the woman in the jobcentre plus office but some one told me you only get paid for 5 days a week on jsa help please thanks

    No that's false. You have a fixed weekly payment and that doesn't go down.

    You can be sanctioned if you miss appointments or don't record any job applying history.

    If you just go on Universal Jobsearch minimum 3 times a week and apply for 3 jobs each time you visit then you'll be fine.

    Thanks for the advice but not according to my benefit advisor she is worse than Hitler and I kid you not she says 7 days a week as that is what I am paid for 7 days

    That's just what the JobCentre is like. All the "advisors" are on power trips because they know they control your payments.

    Have a look at your Jobseekers Agreement, it will say how many jobs you need to apply for each week. I think it's typically 4.
