There's a chance that disability students allowance (DSA) is going to be withdrawn before universities are able to conjure up an alternative funding scheme.

This'll leave thousands of disabled students without financial support and, according to a study by Randstad.

92% of students with a disability will be affected by this government, and 4 out of 5 of those students are then more likely to drop out as parents will not be able to afford to cover the cost.

Again, the information coming out is that DSA is being reviewed and nothing has yet been agreed. IF these proposals go forward for the September 2015/16 cohort of students, DSA will NOT be withdrawn but streamlined as it is unsustainable in it current format.
