    its my 16th birthday at the end of next month and id really like to do something special, i'm not allowed a party and dont want to do something like bowling or ice skating etc, ive already checked and theres no concerts that i want to go see on/near my birthday, going for a meal isnt really my thing , i wanted to do something a bit more special, im not allowed friends sleeping over either so that ideas out of the window. I would like to do something that i can get dressed up for - heels and a dress maybe but its not essential , any ideas what i could do please ??? im really stuck!

    It depends on how lenient yours and your friends parents are, but there may be a club for 16-18 year olds in your local city. There's one local to me, although I never went, but I know people who did. There won't be alcohol, and you might have to carry some sort of ID, but it's a chance to feel older! You'll have to ask people the year above you or who are older than you to see if they know of one.

    my mam is pretty leniant with certain things however i dont know what she'd think about that , my birthday is on a bank holiday and i think the only club for 16-18year olds is on a thursday night :/ i would really like to do something during the day too, but thank you so much ! i will consider this idea as id never thought of it before, some of my friends are turning 18 this year too so they wouldnt want to go i doub.
