1. Hi,

I have a graph of y=ln(x)
I have been told to sketch the graph of y=ln(4-x)

How would I do this?
I personally done f(-x+4), but it gives a slightly wrong answer

Transform the graph 4 to the left (as + 4 results in -4 on x axis) then that graph is what all your original x values would result in. as it is -x, just flip the graph in the y axis. for these sorts of questions just sub a few values in to check its right.
