Hi, I have provided evidence for my 2012/2013 application a couple of times now, a total of around 600 documents and i still have been asked for more ??????
This is getting ridiculous now and to be honest having an effect on my already poor health.
I have asked to speak with a supervisor countless times when i have called and it would seem the attitude is 'not my department' which i'd accept if i could have a contact number of a person from the finalisation department but clearly the 'sorry i am unable to do this' clearly works ?????!!!
I would like someone to tell me why i cannot talk directly to this department ? The long, costly and frustrating conversations via telephone with someone who cannot help me is not acceptable.

Apologies you're having so much trouble with this.
The finalisation department only work towards finalising student grants and are not part of the contact centre. My colleagues will certainly do all they can to assist you on the phone and notes are also left on your account as to exactly what information we still require for finalisation. Once this is received and processed you would get an update in writing.
