So I want to take a Japanese A Level next year because I'm fluent in it and so why not? And so my mum will be teaching me this. But we need to find a exam board that do A Level Japanese with no, or minimal speaking tests... Can anyone help? (I couldn't really understand the Edexcel website... :/ )

I found a sixth form website that offer it (Collingham) and they say there's no oral examination in Japanese A-level, and this appears to be a blanket statement for Edexcel, OCR and AQA.

Edexcel is the only board that offers it And yup there isn't a speaking component for Japanese at A-level. There is a user on here called BWCW - she has just completed the A-level, so I'm sure she could answer any specific questions you may have

I'm doing the Japanese A level (finished AS, starting A2 in Sept.) with Edexcel. Edexcel definitely doesn't have an oral component. If you want to ask anything about the Japanese A level, feel free. I'll be able to answer anything on the AS and probably most of your questions on the A2
