I need to decide whether I want to apply for nursing or physiotherapy (presently leaning towards nursing); how can I get related work experience as I'm 16? I've done some shadowing, I volunteer in a care home doing non-invasive things and I have a part-time job, but what else can I get and do I actually need any more? For AS I've finished maths, biology, English lit, geography and philosophy, and I don't know how many A2 subjects I should take. I want to go somewhere like KCL, Southampton or Manchester. Thanks

It sounds like you have done enough. From my experience it seems universities care about the quality of your work experience rather than how much you have done. If you can provide some genuine insight in your personal statement by drawing from your experiences while you were shadowing, in the care home etc. you should be fine.

It sounds like you've done great but I wouldn't advise taking more than 3 on to A2, it's completely unnecessary and may bring your grades down:/
