    My mother has logged into her account to support my application, but every time she enters my details (surname, date of birth, postcode etc...) it doesn't recognise the account. We've tried it with all possible postcodes on my account and it still fails to produce my application. I'm going into my second year if this has any impact on it, so I would have already applied last year. Any advice as to what might be going on here?

    Edit: When my mother follows the link in the email she was sent, it says her details are no longer needed, but when I log into my account, it tells me her information is incomplete and that she still needs to submit it.
