So recently I've been tired all the time it's getting slightly worrying. The other day I went to school, fell asleep for two hours (in total because of free periods), then came home and slept for four hours, ate dinner, then slept until morning again? I have hayfever so I guess the medication makes me kinda sleepy but is this normal? Am I missing something in my diet?

See your GP and get yourself a blood test. It could be due to low iron levels

What's your diet like, what's your sleep pattern like? Is it consistent, do you get enough rest?

I was like that a little while ago too, I was napping basically every day. I was just constantly exhausted and my hayfever medication itself doesn't make me sleepy, but my mum's friend is a doctor and apparently it's not uncommon for hayfever to just wipe you out like that. But you're just as well going to the doctor to make sure everything's alright

I would say normal: I eat lots of fruit, veg, fish, all that stuff, but I've heard that meat makes you tired? (I eat a lot of meat haha) I think it's just been these few weeks after my exams have finished, I have no energy (and I don't just mean motivation). I sleep around 8 hours a day
