    I would say

Financial issues - trying to find work around their studies
Time management - as you may have less contact time at college, so if you do not manage your time you could fall behind in your work
Exam Pressure - so they may ask how you cope with pressure
Getting use to the change from school to college
Students uncertain that they have not chosen the right course/subjects

Hope this is helpful - the main thing the college is looking for is that you will complete the course (with good grades) and you will keep up with the work - when students leave/drop out the college lose money
