Before I start, I know it'd be more beneficial to use more than dumbbells, but at the moment I am unable to. In a few months at uni I'll be joining the gym.

Was having a look at exercises and I think I've come up with a decent full body workout with dumbbells. I'd do this 3 times a week. Each exercise would be 3 sets of 12 reps.

    One-arm dumbbell row

    Reverse dumbbell curl

    Dumbbell hammer curl

    Dumbbell squat

    Dumbbell lunge

    Standing dumbbell calf raise

    Close-grip dumbbell press

    Lying dumbbell tricep extension

    Palms-in shoulder press

    Lateral raise

    Alternating deltoid raise

    Floor press

    Dumbbell flyes
Does this sound like it would be good 3 times a week? Any improvements or tips for me to know?

    Thanks

i would maybe add some dumbbell snatches in there so you have a power movement too.

    Flat + Incline chest press

    Seated or standing shoulder press

Bulgarian split squats + Goblet squats + Lunges

    One arm bent over rows

I'd say those would be my go-to exercises for DBs or barbells. I can't deadlift or squat heavy so I've just started doing Bulgarian split squats with DBs and they're really good.
