Hey, I got the Z2 2 days ago and from extensive research online one of the bonuses to its big screen, good camera etc was the battery life....

Today I've been on the phone for an hour after charging (I used the magnetic charger over night) and it's already on 90%.

If anyone else has this phone, is it normal or have I got a faulty battery? :/

My Z2 gets great battery life. About 4 1/2 hours of screen on time if I leave it max brightness all day. Have had 7 hours of screen on time on low brightness level.

I haven't yet managed to kill it before the end of the day.

I think I just expected some insanely good battery life. It does last a hell of a lot longer than my iPhone 4S for sure!

When it's still on like 40% by the time I go to bed I don't know whether to charge it or not.

Do you know if overcharging harms lithium ion batteries? Read multiple opinions!

Yes. Don't overcharge your phone, that's why the battery life on my old Xperia Z became so bad.
