New to here and had my P2 a month or so ago where I was told that Int O had there aptitude testing down in Cranwell and the returned to AFCO at a later date for their initial interviews. However after searching this site and the web I'm getting a different message. Could someone clear this up for me as I don't want to rock up to Cranwell to then be surprised at having to interview.
    Thanks for the help.

Just had a light bulb eureka moment and feel that I may be confusing CBAT with OASC, would still appreciate someone clearing it up though.

    1) P2
    2) Filter
    3) CBAT + Medical
    4) OASC
    5) IOT

Aptitude tests used to be conducted during OASC but the two have now been separated.

Seems to have changed again as my Filter is after the CBAT and as far as I know the medical is at OASC too.

I've got my CBATS in a few weeks and was told they've change the order now. So it's CBATS then interview, he said this saves time n money by only interviewing those that pass their CBATS rather than everyone that applies.
