Got rejected by my 1st and 2nd choice uni and received one offer by my 4th choice uni,
(I met the requirements but flopped the interview of my 1st choice uni, I wasn't keen on my 4th choice uni because it's not respected nearly as enough as my 1st and 2nd choice)
Anyway I firmed my offer and was fine with it all, but now I'm having second thoughts.
The more I hear about the uni I'm going to, the more nervous and apprehensive I get, it doesn't seem suited for me and I doubt I'll click with anyone there.
Although I don't truly know what my firmed uni will be like, I die a little inside every time I hear the names of my favourite unis that rejected me, that's how bad it's gotten DX
Anyway do you have some advice? what would you do in my situation? I'm trying to get over it but its not working, I mean there is no way to get into my 1st choice uni without taking a gap year is there?
Still can't get over uni rejection Watch

You can see if your first choice is in clearing (or Adjustment, if you exceed the grades required by your current firm). Other than that it'll have to be a gap year if you want your first choice.

Yeah I think clearing/adjustment is a good option. Have you tried having a look around again at all unis, you might find another uni that you like more than your 4th choice but didn't think to apply to. You could also try those unis in clearing/adjustment too. If that doesn't work then you can just see how the uni is when you go, you might end up liking it. You won't know till you are there, and if you don't then you can decide to drop out or transfer to another uni.
