I'm going to be moving to London this Autumn to study for a postgraduate research degree. I'll be based between City University in Islington and Southwark and was wondering if anyone had any tips for me accommodation/travel/lifestyle etc?
I've been looking at Victoria Hall Dashwood Halls which looks quite nice, but the website doesn't say what is included in each type of room, has anyone stayed here before? Does anyone know if it is nice and what is included in the different types of studio flat? I'm open to suggestion as to other places to live etc, this just seems the best I have found so far...
Any help great fully received!

I hope you don’t mind jumping in here.
We've got some great private halls around London - and one just a few minutes walk from City University and just a few minutes from Angel station on the Northern Line.
Plus, we have lots of options across London where you can choose between a shared flat sharing with others or having your own Studio apartment which is self contained but still allows you to enjoy the social side to the building.
Take a look at our website for more details, photos, pricing and to arrange a viewing - http://freshstudentliving.co.uk/locations/london
