I keep going round and round in my head about this. I have a 5 and a 6 year old, and live in Ballymena. I am currently a social worker working with children and young people with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour. I have been doing this job for a long time and enjoy it but can't stand being away from home evenings and weekends. I have also been working as a classroom assistant a couple of days a week for the last school year and LOVE it. I see the teachers and know I want to do their job!!!!
Full of doubts about having to give up all earning for a year,
Having to pay for childcare every day for my children for after school.
Anyone know how much the whole thing costs, if there is any financial assistance?
What time am I expected to be at Queens in the morning?
is it viable when you have a family?
How long does it usually take to get a place?
Any help with my to- ing and fro- ing would be very much appreciated:confused:
